IS THERE A WAY TO SAVE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes. If you want to save on shipping costs choose this option in the list of shipping options. We will be in places previously announced, in Lisbon and Porto, during the estimated delivery period (October 2016), where you can go and get your order in hand, and get to know us personally.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The expected date to receive your orders is October 2016.

IS THERE A VERSION OF THE APPLICATION OF THE SITE FOR MOBILE OR TABLET?

In this launch phase, it was not possible to develop the application of the site for mobile and tablet versions because of financial reasons. As soon as the opportunity arises we will make it available in those formats too.

IN HOW MANY LANGUAGES ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE NAVIGATION?

The navigation is in the following languages: English and Portuguese.

HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT ?

It’s simple. Just click login, and you will be directed to a new page where you will see the create account button. You must fill in your name, email and password and accept the terms and conditions of the site. Then you will receive an email sent to the account you specified, for you to click on the link given to confirm the veracity of it. After clicking the link sent, you will be directed to your account / personal area, where we suggest you to fill the remaining data to send your orders. Save your changes and you're done!

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD AND NOW?

You should click "cannot access my account?" and then enter the email you registered for us to send you a link to create a new password.

WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT ON INFINITE FRAME WEBSITE?

Creating an account on INFINITE FRAME website is free and allows you to upload your photos and save your work to create panels until you reach the time when they are finished and you can order them. Until that time, you can log in and log out in your account keeping your work and preserving all that time that you putted on your work. If you do not create account you can also perform all the tasks but always when you leave the application page you will be warned that you will lose all your work if you do not want to create your account.

HOW DO I ORDER AN ITEM?

INFINITE FRAME product is on a StartUp phase and its orders placed through this website will be forwarded to the payment stage to the INDIEGOGO website where we have the ongoing crowdfunding campaign to launch the product. It is there where you should make the payment of your order by clicking on the “BACK IT” button placed at the top of the campaign webpage, and make the payment with the same cost amount of your order on INFINITE FRAME website. Register this with the same name and email of your INFINITE FRAME account so that we can know which order is yours, and then you will receive your package within the expected delivery time.

Therefore, there are two possible ways to order through INFINITE FRAME website:

1 – Create a frame panel with your photos - to do this you must click on the left menu indicating DIY (Do It Yourself) which opens the page with the application that has on the horizontal bar below all the available frames. To start designing your panel, select and drag with the left mouse button the frames you want to the central area of the screen (note that the rectangular frames appear in duplicate in horizontal and vertical position, but they are the same frame). When you position a frame along the other you will see that there are anchorage points to connect the frames, and so you can build your panel. At any time, you can load your photos into each frame, simply by double-clicking inside the frame and follow the respective instructions. At the top horizontal bar has a set of options that allow you to manage your panels, give them a name (after creating your account), keep them in your account, see the parts included in your panel, know its cost and in the end you have the option to order the panel with or without the printed photos. If you don't want to order to print your photos, please delete them from your panel before you make the order. If you want to receive the printed photos you just have to click on the "Buy" button.  As mentioned above, when you click to pay, you will be forwarded to the INDIEGOGO website where you should make the payment of your order as it was explained above.

2 - Through the store menu – it will open the store page which has exposed all nine frames available and also the packs of 4 + 1 frames for each frame size. The packs are made up of four frame units, plus an acrylic, a back card, and the respective fixings. With this packs you can build panels up to 5 frames, saving money on the purchase. For each option, you can choose the number of units and the color you want. To carry out your order you should proceed the same way mentioned above: create an account and click the payment button which will be redirected to the INDIEGOGO website and where you should make the payment of your order.

The available colors for this launch phase are black, gray and white. If we get more money than the amount asked in the campaign we will make more colors. In the future, we want to produce with much more colors.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAKING THE ORDER THROUGH INFINITE FRAME WEBSITE OR THROUGH THE INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN?

The differences are speed and variety, that is, if you order directly on INDIEGOGO campaign, through the perk levels shown, it is faster, because you only have to choose and pay, but you have fewer options to choose from (only packs 4+1 with black frames, and the Artists panels). If you place your order through the INFINITE FRAME website you have the advantage of being able to create and order your personalized panel as you like, choose the colors for the frames and if you want, you can order your photos printed too. You can also choose to get individual frames and the packs of 4+1 frames, and their colors. This way it takes a little more time to perform than the first option. It's a matter of choosing the best option according to your wish. The final will be the same for both forms which are, you will receive your order at home, ready to mount your panel and hang it on the wall.

MY ORDER ON INFINITE FRAME SITE IS 39.50€. INDIEGOGO DOES NOT ACCEPT CENTS, WHAT SHALL I DO?

It's true. INDIEGOGO perks do not accept amounts with cents. So please do the rounding number to the nearest integer of the amount. You can follow these rounding examples: amount 39.50€, round to 40.00€; 44.50€ to 44.00€; 27.40€ to 27.00€; 38.90€ to 39.00€.

IS THE PAYMENT METHOD SAFE?

Yes. As noted above, orders made in this INFINITE FRAME website will be forwarded to the payment stage to the INDIEGOGO crowdfunding campaign for the launch of this product, and where it should be made the payment of your order by clicking on the “BACK IT” button placed at the top of the campaign webpage, and make the payment with the same cost amount of your order on INFINITE FRAME website. Register this with the same name and email of your INFINITE FRAME account so that we can know which order is yours, and then you will receive your package within the expected delivery time. The payments made through INDIEGOGO site is by Paypal system, safe and used worldwide for payments online. All of your personal data entered in our system are confidential and are completely safe.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The expected date to receive your orders is October 2016.

IF I DO NOT LIKE THE ARTICLE CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes. You can return the item no later than 15 calendar days after its receipt, provided the article is exactly the same condition as it was sent, and the returning expedition costs will be charged to the customer. If you order also to print personal photos through INFINITE FRAME site, the cost of that will not be returned.

CAN I MAKE ANY CONFIGURATION?

Yes, you can. You can connect the frames as you wish. At any moment you can click on the “structure” button on top of DIY page, to see all the parts that your panel have.

AFTER FINISH MY PANEL AND RECEIVE IT AT HOME CAN I CHANGE HIS CONFIGURATION?

Yes, you can. All panels can be set and unset any time you want. The configurations depend only on the number and sizes of parts that you have.

WHEN I RECEIVE MY PANEL AT HOME HOW DO I KNOW HOW TO MOUNT IT?

Simple. After you order your panel there will be registered the image of his configuration with separate parts as you can see when you click on the top button “structure” of the application. This image allows you to see where all the parts and images are in your panel. And also there is a list mention all parts of your panel so that you can confirm those parts when you receive them at home.

HOW ARE AND IN WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE FRAMES MADE?

The frames are made of parts of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), Water-repellent. They have lacquered matte finish in the presented colors. Each frame has four corner parts and four side parts which fit together by plastic parts, applied on the side parts. The Design for the holes and fittings are made on the backside of the frames so that they won't be seen in the front. Each frame also has an anti-glare acrylic, a back card and fixing fittings in plastic to fix the acrylic, the photo and back card to the frame and which also serve to hang the frames on the wall. The first two smaller frame sizes (XS and S rectangular) have two of those fixing fittings and all others have four. Each frame has its individual package, properly designed to protect the frames for transportation.

YOU ONLY HAVE THREE COLORS AVAILABLE?

Yes. To start the production we choose the three colors that we believe that would be the most requested colors, black, white and gray. In the future, we intend to have many more colors. If INDIEGOGO campaign gets a higher amount than required we will gradually expand the range of colors already in this first production.

CAN I MOUNT FRAMES WITH DIFFERENT PROPORTIONS THAN THE ONES DISPLAYED?

Yes. After you get home your frames you can mount the panels and frames with all the forms and proportions you want. They only depend on the number and dimensions of the parts that you have at home.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED IMAGE FILE FORMAT TO UPLOAD AND INSERT THE IMAGES IN THE FRAMES?

The specified file format is JPEG.

I CAN EDIT MY PHOTOS ON THE INFINITE FRAME WEBSITE?

No. Your images must be edited and rotated before uploading to the INFINITE FRAME website. You can however, increase them and position them within each frame by zooming in and zooming out. You must be aware that in case you want to print your photos there are limits of resolution, when exceeded give rise to a message warning that the print quality may be reduced compared to that expansion.
